Senior Content Executive Location: Hybrid – 3 days in-office (Bedfordshire) / 2 days remote
Type: Full-time

Are you a storyteller who thrives on turning strategy into standout content? We’re looking for a Senior Content Executive to shape, produce and deliver engaging campaigns that make an impact across digital channels.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between strategy, creative and performance teams — ensuring every piece of content is purposeful, well-crafted, and results-driven. You’ll manage day-to-day delivery for key clients, lead on multi-format content creation, and help mentor junior members of the team.

This position suits someone with a proactive, ideas-led mindset who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and deliver compelling B2B content across blogs, social media, newsletters, case studies, presentations and email campaigns.

  • Translate strategic insights and briefs into clear, engaging content that supports client goals.

  • Manage content workflows and review team output to ensure clarity, tone and consistency.

  • Partner with designers, strategists and performance specialists to develop cohesive campaign narratives.

  • Track and analyse performance data to inform future content strategies and client recommendations.

  • Contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions and support campaign planning.

  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members to foster continuous improvement.

  • Attend client meetings to present content plans, discuss progress and gather feedback.

  • Safeguard brand integrity by maintaining voice, tone and visual standards across all content.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience producing and managing high-quality content for B2B brands or clients.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to connect strategy to storytelling.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

  • Confidence interpreting content performance metrics and applying insights.

  • Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced colleagues.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for great content.
