The role:
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader to take charge of global brand direction and growth. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action — shaping how the business communicates, engages, and performs across international markets.
You’ll lead the marketing vision end to end: developing bold strategies, guiding creative execution, and ensuring every campaign delivers real commercial impact. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in driving both brand value and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a marketing strategy that builds global awareness and supports long-term business goals;
- Lead and develop an in-house team alongside external agencies and 3 rd parties;
- Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and partner channels to grow both B2C and B2B audiences;
- Build a strong social and digital presence that tells the brand’s story, builds community, and drives engagement;
- Use data, automation, and CRM tools to deepen customer relationships and improve conversion and retention;
- Set the creative direction for brand content, ensuring consistent quality and tone across every channel;
- Oversee budgets, planning, and performance to ensure marketing activity drives measurable results;
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance visibility in key markets;
- Champion experimentation and new thinking to keep the brand dynamic and ahead of the curve.
- A track record of 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally within high-growth consumer brands;
- Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead multi-skilled teams in fast-paced, results-driven environments;
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and content-led growth;
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience turning creative ideas into measurable business results;
- Confident communicator with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and present at executive level;
- Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus) and creative software including Adobe Creative Suite.
