We’re looking for a creative, organised, and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic marketing team. This exciting new role has been created to support the existing marketing team and help deliver impactful co-funded marketing campaigns that connect brands with their audiences.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping and executing marketing activities, particularly those involving co-funded campaigns with partners and brands. You’ll help ensure joint initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
Your day-to-day will include:

Designing eye-catching digital and print assets for co-funded marketing activities;

Writing engaging copy for blogs, case studies, brochures, and social posts, helping to build brand awareness and credibility as a thought leader;

Managing social media presence – planning content calendars, creating posts, and analysing performance;

Supporting with email marketing and monthly newsletters;

Producing short-form video content (planning, filming, and editing);

Supporting community engagement, including events, exhibitions, and local business networking;

Helping drive sustainability and community initiatives in collaboration with brand partners.
- Strong content strategy and creation skills;
- Basic graphic design and video editing abilities;
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills;
- Confident with reporting and analytics tools;
- Relevant Marketing Qualification or at least 1 years' proven experience in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
- An analytical mindset and comfortable working with market research and insight.
